Great River Energy RFP for C-BED Renewable Energy Resources
Great River Energy (GRE) has issued a request for proposals (RFP) for community-based energy development (C-BED) renewable energy resources. GRE seeks proposals for energy resources (minimum 40 kW nameplate capacity) delivered to the Midwest Independent Transmission System Operator, Inc. (MISO) wholesale energy market that qualify as Community-Based Energy Development (C-BED) under Minnesota Statute §216B.1612 (2010).
Lummi Nation Wind Energy Development Feasibility Assessment Services RFP
The Lummi Nation is requesting proposals from qualified consulting firms to provide wind energy development feasibility assessment services. The overall goal of the Lummi Indian Reservation Wind Energy Development Feasibility Assessment Project, which is funded through a grant from the U.S. Department of Energy, is to determine if and at what cost wind energy development on the Reservation can help achieve the tribal goal of energy self-sufficiency.
Inland Empire Utilities Agency Request for Proposal
Proposals are being accepted by the Inland Empire Utilities Agency Headquarters, a Municipal Water District, for a Power Purchase Agreement required for the design, installation, operation and maintenance of a Wind Turbine Power System at Regional Plant #4 (RP-4). A design-build option is also being solicited in Section 2.b.ii.
